This page helps you troubleshoot the Agency OS and understand how each database works.

Quick answers

• Something shows “In Trash” → Restore from Trash, then check that your databases live under Agency OS (Hub).
• A view looks empty → Check filters + date ranges (some dashboard views only show “next 14 days”, etc.).
• Relations look broken → Open the record and confirm Client/Campaign/Deliverable relations are set.

How each database is used

Clients (Agency)

• One row per client you manage.
• Links to campaigns, deliverables, content, approvals, assets, and reports.

Campaigns (Agency)

• One row per campaign per client.
• Connects deliverables + content items back to the campaign.

Deliverables

• The delivery timeline (what is owed + due dates + usage expiry).

Approvals Queue

• What you’re waiting on from the client (with follow-up dates).

Assets Library

• Links to folders, finals, and versions.

Client Reports

• Weekly/monthly reporting pages and sending log.
